Hi there, 

My name is Kayla Marie Garner, and I am a PhD student in Personality, Development, and Health Psychology at Northwestern University (NU), as well as a Master of Science in Statistics student at NU. I work in the Personality, Motivatation, and Cognition Lab (https://personality-project.org/pmc.html) at NU with Dr. William Revelle and am doing research with the Synthetic Aperture Personality Assessment (SAPA) project (https://www.sapa-project.org). I am also a fellow with the Multidisciplinary Program in Educational Sciences (MPES). My research interests broadly involve individual differences in personality, motivation, interests and cognition, as well as psychometrics, social-emotional functioning, and educational policy.
